The company represents a compilation of the expertise and training of twenty one years in

law enforcement with many special assignments and training coupled with formal legal

education culminating in the degree of Juris Doctorate.  AmiTar Consulting is a Pennsylvania

state certified WMBE (women’s/minority business enterprise).
